INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium sized mixing bowl combine sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and water. Set aside.
In an another medium sized mixing bowl combine fresh blueberries with granulated sugar and water. Set aside. It might look little purple-ish don't worry, we have a fix for it later on.
In a separate medium sized mixing bowl combine coconut milk with heavy whipping cream. You don't need any additional sugar for this layer.
Add one drop of red food color and about 2-3 tablespoons of white layer to the strawberry layer (the red one) make it bright red and creamier.
Repeat the same with blue layer (blueberry layer).
Pour the Red layer up to 1/3rd of the Silicone Mold or Popsicle mold. Freeze it for 1 hour or until it is solid enough to not mix with the other layers.
Pour white layer leaving 1/3rd of the space from the top for the blue layer.
Finally, Pour Blue layer all the way up to the top. Seal the popsicle molds by sticking in the tops. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until it becomes absolutely frozen.
To remove the red, white, and blue popsicles from the popsicle mold, take a cup full of warm water. Dip the frozen popsicle molds directly into warm water until it loosens up. Now bring it out and pull the mold and finally enjoy your red, white, and blue popsicle.
