INSTRUCTIONS
Roll out your pizza dough on a rolling board after dusting it with enough flour and semolina. You can replace semolina with cornstarch.
Pour olive oil on your pan and carefully place your rolled out pizza dough on the pan. Add the pizza sauce all over the pizza.
Top it with Mozzarella cheese
Now add your veggies.
Now add another layer of mozzarella cheese over the veggies. Cover it with a lid and cook for exactly 8-minutes at medium to low heat.
Season it with salt, pepper, oregano, and red chili flakes. Cut them with a pizza cutter and serve.
