First, take the flour in a bowl. To this add the baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix well using a spoon.
To this add the yogurt, olive oil and knead well. Knead only a little to make a soft dough. Do not over-knead. Add water as per requirement. Use only 1 tablespoon of water. You will not need much water.
Add 1 teaspoon of oil and Oregano to properly knead your soft pizza dough. Apply some oil over the dough and keep it in an airtight container for 30 minutes. Do not refrigerate it. Keep the Pizza dough at room temperature.
