Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole is an easy make ahead Breakfast casserole recipe. This is super easy to make. Its made using Hash Browns, Eggs, Veggies, Sausage (or ham) and topped with loads of Cheddar Cheese.

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350F
Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add the sausages. Crumble and cook the sausages until browned for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Combine Eggs, Evaporated Milk, Italian Seasoning, miced Garlic, salt and pepper in a mixing jar. Whisk and set aside.
Spread the thawed Hashbrowns in a single layer in the baking dish.
Add the cooked sausages, chopped veggies (onions & bell peppers) and half of the cheddar cheese over it.
Pour the egg mixture on top. Top with leftover shredded Cheddar Cheese. Bake uncovered for 50 min.
Cut into squares and serve.
