INGREDIENTS

peeled and deveined

Broccoli
chopped into florets
for Honey Garlic Sauce

teaspoon
Olive Oil
½
cup
Honey

teaspoon
Soy Sauce

cloves
Garlic

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the ingredients to make the sauce in a mixing jar. Whisk until combined. Keep it aside.
Add the Broccoli florets in a large bowl. Fill it with water and microwave on full power for 5 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
Heat Olive Oil in a skillet. As the oil shimmers, add the Shrimps and cook on low heat for 3 minutes or until they are no longer pink.
Move the Shrimps to one side of the Skillet and add the Broccoli florets to the other. Toss to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes at medium high heat.
Pour the Honey Garlic Sauce, and toss to combine everything. Bring it to a simmer.
Serve with Rice or Pasta of your choice. Garnish with freshly chopped Green Onions.

Add some freshly chopped Ginger for extra zing
Build flavors in the sauce using Red Pepper Flakes, Lemon Juice, Rice Wine Vinegar, & Sesame Oil.
You can use Shrimps with tails or without.
If you're using frozen Shrimps, thaw them ahead of time.
The easiest way to thaw frozen shrimp is just to keep the bag of shrimp in the sink under running tap water. Within 5 min, they shall get thawed.
If the sauce is too thin, add some Cornstarch slurry (1 tablespoon of Cornstarch & Water, each), while simmering the sauce.
Replace Broccoli with any veggies you have like Asparagus or Brussels Sprouts or even Green Beans.
