INSTRUCTIONS
Dump all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover with a lid and slow cook on low for 1 hour or on high for 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes to avoid anything getting stuck to the bottom of the pot and burning.
After the Chocolate gets melted, scoop 1 tablespoon of the mixture and drop on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. You can use a small sized ice cream scooper or a melon scooper as well. Top with Sea Salt and Christmas Sprinklers if you want to.
Freeze for 5 minutes to set it quickly or refrigerate for a few minutes. Freezing for 5 minutes, help these set quickly and never lose their shape. Serve or store for future in an airtight container.

Notes
As per my experience 5oz of chocolate should be enough for about 1 cup of Almonds.
I love to use Unsalted Butter because this makes sure that your Chocolate does not burn, even if you forget stirring often times. Butter also helps these Almond Clusters hold their shape perfectly.
Make sure you stir after every 10 minutes. This is the only difficult thing about making candies in a crockpot. You can set timer for 10 minutes so that you don't forget to give this chocolate almond mixture a good stir.
Stirring every often will make sure that the Chocolate don't burn by sticking to the bottom of the pot.
You can use a small ice cream scooper or a melon scooper or a tablespoon to scoop these.
Sea Salt really brings out the taste of Chocolate. I use some salt while making these in the crockpot and also add some after they get baked. Just a tad bit of salt goes a long way in bringing out the real flavour of chocolate. 😋
