In a large bowl, add all the ingredients to make the donuts. Mix with a spatula and knead together to make a soft Donut dough. If the dough is too wet, sprinkle some flour and knead until it gets soft and crack free.
Line a 9x13 inches baking dish with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 F. If you're using a Donut mould, then it grease using cooking spray.
Tear a small portion of the dough and roll it to a, elongated cylinder. Join the edges to make a donut ORJust sprinkle some flour on the surface and roll the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut circles using a cookie cutter. Now use a smaller size cookie cutter to cut the center of the circles to form the doughnut shape. ORJust pour this cookie dough using a spoon in donut mould Brush egg wash over the donuts.
Bake the Donuts for 10-12 minutes. Once they gets baked, allow them to cool down on a wire rack
Melt Dark Chocolate with Coconut Oil in the oven. Melt at 30 seconds burts at full powder in the oven. Whisk until smooth and lump free.
Dunk the donuts in the melted chocolate. And keep them on the wire rack. Decorate with Halloween Sprinklers and Candy Eyeballs. Serve.

If you do not have self raising flour, just use the same quantity of AP Flour and use 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder along with all the other ingredients to make the Donut doughIf you're using yeast, activate the yeast with lukewarm water and a teaspoon of sugar. Once the yeast activates, add it to the dough along with other ingredients and knead to make a soft donut dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes, covered. Once it rises, use it to make donuts.You can Air Fry Donuts or Deep fry them in hot oil in a deep pan or wok or bake them in a sheet pan like I did or just use a donut baking mould. For Gluten Free Donuts replace AP Flour with Gluten Free Flour Blend and Baking Soda with Gluten Free Flour. For Vegan Version replace Butter with Vegan Margarine and use Applesauce in place of Eggs.
