fresh cranberries
rinsed and picked through or frozen (do not use dried cranberries)

kosher salt

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1

orange peel
or 2 teaspoon Orange zest

INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium pan combine ½ cup fresh orange juice, ½ cup water, and ¼ cup sugar. Bring it to a slow boil. Stir lightly to combine.
In the same pan add cranberries, kosher salt, ground cinnamon, and orange zest.
simmer over medium heat stirring frequently.
Cook for about 10-minutes until they burst open or starts popping.
Cool it down for 30-minutes before serving. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
You can make your cranberry sauce up to 3 days in advance.
Notes
Make sure you use Fresh orange Juice to make this recipe.
You can store your cranberry sauce in the refrigerator for 10-days.
Cranberry sauce can be frozen for up to 2 months.
