Corn Casserole {5-ingredient} with Jiffy Mix in the Crockpot is a hearty and comforting casserole recipe that bakes in the slow cooker. It's super easy to make and is a great side dish for weekends or holidays.
Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Dump in a 6-quart Crockpot. Cover and cook over low heat for 4 hours or on High heat for 2 hours.
After it gets baked, check to see if the center is baked. If it's still jiggly, cover and cook for another hour on high. Cut into pieces and serve. You can garnish with crispy fried Bacon, chopped green onions, and caramelized onions if you wish to.

Corn Casserole With Eggs
If you want, you can add Eggs to the mixture. This will give the mixture a pudding-like texture and the casserole will have a rich custard-like taste to it.
Baked Corn Casserole
You can dump all the ingredients in a greased 8x8 inch casserole baking dish or 9x13 inches Pyrex baking dish. Place it in a 350°F preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Cheesy Corn Casserole
Add shredded Cheddar Cheese and Cream Cheese to this Casserole.Toss to combine and bake in the oven or dump and slow cook. Also, for cheesy top, after the corn casserole gets baked, add shredded Cheddar Cheese on top. Cover and allow the cheese to melt for about 30 minutes and then serve. Adding cream cheese as well as shredded Cheddar Cheese definitely makes this taste so cheesy and delicious and who doesn't like cheesy corn casserole right! Cheese and Corn are like BFFs!
