Cut the Jalapenos in half and scrape off the seeds in it using a spoon.
Make Cream Cheese filling to stuff inside the Jalapenos by combining Cream Cheese, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Scallions, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper.
Combine Panko Breadcrumbs and Melted Butter in a shallow bowl to make the panko topping. Keep it aside.
Fill the Jalapenos with a Cream cheese mixture. Top with the Panko mixture. Place in the air fryer basket. Brush with Olive Oil on top. Air fry @375F for 5-8 min.
Allow it to cool down for 5 minutes before you serve
