INGREDIENTS

dark unsweetened chocolate chips
Melting chcoolate

INSTRUCTIONS
Blend ingredients in a food processor until it becomes "sticky" and comes together like a ball.
Take the ball out in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add chocolate chips and stir lightly with a spatula to combine.
Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the cookie dough into the baking tray. Press it down and freeze until it completely sets.
Melt dark chocolate chunks or chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave or in a double boiler. It should be silky smooth.
Pour melted chocolate on the cookie dough bars and freeze for another 10-15 minutes.
Cut them into bars and serve.
