INGREDIENTS

Pineapple

Bird eye chiliies
chopped (stems removed)

garlic

Rice Wine Vinegar

Pineapple Juice
can be replaced with water

Lemon Juice

INSTRUCTIONS
Puree Ingredients in a food processor (excluding cornstarch and water). Blend until smooth.
Pour the pureed mixture in a sauté pan and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Combine Cornstarch and water. Pour the cornstarch slurry in a sauté pan and whisk well until combined. Make sure there are no lumps.

You can use any chilies that you have at hand. It is not necessary that you have to use bird's eye chilies.
