Preheat oven to 350°F or 180°C and line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a saute pan set over medium heat melt vegan butter and chocolate. Stir lightly and make sure the chocolate melts completely. Add coconut sugar and stir well until combined. Take this off the heat and allow this to cool down completely.
In a small mixing bowl combine ground raw flaxseed along with warm water. Stir well until combined. Add this into your melted chocolate and butter mixture.Add pure vanilla extract and stir well lightly with a spatula.
Keep a siever over the mixing bowl with melted chcoolate and butter. Add Almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and a tiny pinch of kosher salt. Sieve this into the wet mixture and stir lightly with a spatula until combined. Do not over mix.
Fold in chopped macadamia nuts and vegan chocolate chips.
Pour the brownie batter in a parchment paper lined baking dish. Smoothen the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out with few moist crumbs. Allow this to cool down completely and the cut it into pieces and serve.

Make sure you check the doneness of your vegan brownie with a toothpick. If it comes out clean then it is overbaked. If it comes with wet then it is not done. And, if it comes out with few moist crumbs then it is perfectly done.For perfect brownie pieces use a plastic knife to cut your brownies.
