INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425F or 218C and line a baking tray with parchement paper.
Peel the carrots and slice them in the form of fries.
Shallow Fry the carrots over oil after seasoning them with freshly ground pepper, garlic powder, and some salt.
Take out your carrots from the oil and drizzle parmesan cheese over the fried carrots.
Line them on a baking tray and let them get baked for about 10-15 minutes.
Take them out and let them chill at room temperature.
For the Dip
Take Garlic Mayonaisse in a bowl and mix it with greek yogurt, parsely and some freshly grounded black pepper.
Serve your carrots with the dip. Sprinkle a dash of grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the carrots.
