Ginger Soy Cauliflower makes for a 20-minute Asian cauliflower Dinner Recipe. Crispy Fried Cauliflower is tossed in a sweet and sticky Ginger Soy Sauce and served.
Dredge the Cauliflower in Cornstarch and then again in beaten Eggs. Heat Canola Oil in a pan. As the oil shimmers, add the Cauliflower and fry until they get crispy and golden brown. Take it out on a tissue paper-lined plate and soak out the excess oil. OR, Just place them in the air fryer and cook @400F or 200C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes OR, Place these in a greased baking dish and bake @400F or 200C for 10 minutes.
In a separate pan, heat some Sesame Oil. As the oil shimmers, add the Chopped Ginger. Allow it to get fragrant for 1 minute. Add all the sauces and stir to combine. Allow it to simmer for 3 minutes over low heat.
Toss the Cauliflower in the sticky Ginger Soy Sauce and serve.

For Vegan version, just skip the use of Eggs. Instead dredge the Cauliflower florets in Cornstarch and melted Vegan butter mixture. Also, skip Oyster Sauce and replace Honey with Maple Syrup.
