Cauliflower Parmesan Recipe - Oven Roasted Cauliflower Steaks coated in Marinara Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, and parmesan Cheese is baked until the cheese melts. The result is crispy cauliflower on the outside with creamy, cheese on the inside.
Preheat oven: Preheat Oven to 425°F.Cut Cauliflower: Cut Cauliflower into thick 1½ inch steaks. (see the blog above and learn how to cut cauliflower into thick steaks)
Season Cauliflower: Cover Cauliflower Steaks with Oil and Season them with Salt and Pepper.Roast Cauliflower: Place cauliflower Steaks in a rimmed baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside. Flip at the 20-minute mark.
Add Marinara Sauce: Remove from Oven and Add Marinara Sauce. Spread it on the Cauliflower Steaks using the back of your spoon.
Add Mozzarella & Parmesan: Now add Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and Shredded Parmesan Cheese on the roasted cauliflower steaks. Broil: Put your oven to Broil (Grill) mode on high heat and bake these cauliflower steaks for 3-minutes or until the cheese melts. Serve: Once done, garnish with freshly chopped cilantro, crushed red chili flakes, and serve right away.
