Preheat the oven to 400F or 200C. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray. Chop Cauliflower head into small florets.
Combine Melted Butter with Grated Garlic in a bowl
Mix Panko Breadcrumbs with Parmesan Cheese in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Dip the cauliflower florets in the butter mixture and then again in the panko mixture. Place them in the baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes. Toss in between after 20 minutes.
Serve Crispy Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflowers with any Sauce or Dip you love
