INSTRUCTIONS
Heat Butter and Olive Oil in a Pan. As the butter melts, add the minced garlic and Mushrooms. Saute just until they tenderize.
In the same Pan, add Cream Cheese, Heavy Cream, Parmesan Cheese, Italian Seasoning, Salt, and Pepper. Cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Once the sauce thickens, garnish with chopped parsley and serve!
