Cook the Fettuccine Pasta for 6 minutes or as per package directions, until al dente. Drain the water and rinse with cold water. Keep it aside.
Heat butter in a skillet. As the butter melts add the flour and saute until the flour and butter combine. Add the minced garlic and saute just until the garlic gets fragrant. Add the Milk & Heavy Cream along with the Cajun Seasoning, and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat. Turn off the heat and stir in the Parmesan Cheese.
Pound the chicken breasts until tender. Season both sides of the Chicken with Cajun Seasoning. Heat Olive oil in a pan, as the Oil Shimmers, fry the Chicken for 3-4 minutes over medium-high heat until it gets crispy on the edges and gets completely cooked. Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the Pasta with the Cajun Alfredo Sauce. Add the chicken on top. Garnish with chopped Cilantro and freshly grated Parmesan Cheese and serve.

To make Cajun Seasoning at home, combine 1tsp of the following spices -
Paprika
Cayenne Pepper
Ground Black Pepper
Oregano
Garlic Powder
Make-Ahead Instructions:
You can make the sauce and store it. Cool it down to room temperature and then store it in the refrigerator. Also, you can season the chicken and store it in the Refrigerator. Before serving, add the cooked noodles and Parmesan cheese and stir them with the sauce. Fry the chicken and add on top of the Paste. Garnish with more Parmesan & Cilantro and serve!
