Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine All Purpose Flour, Baking Powder and Cocoa Powder. Also, add a pinch of salt to balance the flavors.
In an another medium sized mixing bowl combine a cup of Brown Sugar with unsalted butter. Whisk using a handheld mixture or stand mixer until light and fluffy. Add in one large egg and 2 Teaspoons of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup. Whisk until combined.
Combine flour mixture with wet mixture. Do not overmix the batter. Just whisk it until you get a lumpy mixture. Your Mixture should not have consistency as that of a Cake batter. It should be lumpy.
Bake your Muffins for 10 Minutes. After 5 Minutes reduce the temperature by 100 degrees and bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange them on a cooling rack. Allow the muffins to cool down completely.
After your Muffins are ready use a spoon to make a small hole on the top.
Pour chocolate sauce in the hole over muffin.
Crush the Golden Oreos and sprinkle it on top of the Muffins. See to it that the Crushed Oreos stick well on the muffin tops. You could also just do the opposite and place the inverted Muffins on crushed Oreos.
After your nest is ready, it's time to put the Eggs in it. You can use M&Ms of your favorite color to make Eggs or you could use Cadbury Eggs as well.
