INSTRUCTIONS
Take Large Sweet Potatoes. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into half-inch cubes. Put them in a large pot with at least 2 inches of water. Add 1 teaspoon of salt. Cover cook for 15 minutes until they get soft and mushy.Take them out and drain the water. Put them into a bowl.
Add 3 tablespoon of butter, 2 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon, 3/4 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of Grated Nutmeg, and 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract. Use a fork to mash it. You can also use a pastry blender. Or Simply pulse it in the food processor. Add 4 tablespoon of Heavy cream and mix it well with the Mashed Sweet Potatoes.
Garnish with a dollop of Butter, 2 tablespoon of Maple Syrup, Fresh Thyme, and some freshly cracked Ground Black Pepper. Enjoy!
