Wash and Rinse the Green Beans and trim off both the ends of the Green Beans. Take a saute Pan and throw in the butter. Add some Olive oil. Allow the butter to melt over low heat.
Now add the Beans and saute over medium-low flame for 3 minutes. Stir frequently to evenly combine the butter mixture over the beans.
Now, add the minced garlic and mix it well. Saute for 1-2 minutes until the raw smell of Garlic goes away and it gets fragrant.
Add half the Lemon Zest and toss it well. Take it off the heat.
Take it out on a plate. Season it with salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Grate some Parmesan cheese and Lemon zest over the beans. Top with some Lemon juice and serve.
