Take a Pan and melt the butter. Add honey. Whisk until combined and the mixture turns light amber color. Once the color changes pour 1 cup water in it. Once the water comes to a boil, remove from heat.
Add chopped Apples and Ground Cinnamon in the Crockpot. Toss to combine. Pour the honey and butter mixture over it.
Cover with a glass lid. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Keep stirring every 30 minutes to 1 hour to avoid anything getting stuck to the sides and bottom of the pot and burning.
Cook uncovered for 30 min on High. Cooking uncovered will evaporate all the water. You can blend the apples using an immersion blender however, I never use it. I like it just as it is a bit chunky.
Take the hot jam out and cool it down to room temp. Transfer in an airtight jar. Cover with the lid. Keep on the counter for 10-12 hours. Then keep in a cool and dry place.
