In a mixing bowl combine the graham cracker crumbs with ground almonds.Add melted butter to it and some granulated sugar. Mix everything until you have wet sand-like consistency.
Place the crumbs in a cupcake liner lined muffin tin and keep aside.
In a bowl take cream cheese, Condensed Milk, and Key Lime Zest. Beat it using a handheld mixer at high speed until it thickens.Add the Lemon Juice and mix it again.
Pour this key lime cheesecake filling over the crumb layers and allow it to freeze for 2 hours in the freeze.
