Preheat the oven to 350F or 180 C and line a 9 by 9-inch baking tray with cooking spray and parchment paper.
Over double boiler melt butter and milk chocolate until combined.
In this add the granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg and combine well.
Sieve the flour and baking soda and combine using a spatula. Mix well until combined.
Line a 9 by a 9-inch baking tray with parchment paper and pour the milk chocolate batter in it. Save some to swirl later.
Combine Cream Cheese with Granulated sugar until creamy. Add the mango puree and mix well.Pour this Mango Cheesecake filling over the chocolate mix.
To make the swirl add a spoonful of chocolate mix and mango pulp over your brownie batter. Use a skewer or toothpick to go horizontally over it. Then go down vertically. Do not overdo it or else the marbled effect will go away.
Bake your Mango Cheesecake Brownies at 350F or 180 C for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, insert a toothpick in the center, if it comes out liquidy - your brownies aren't yet done. If you get moist crumbs then your brownie is ready. Allow the brownies to cool down before you cut them into pieces. Enjoy!
