In a mixing bowl combine The Bananas with Melted Butter and Yogurt. Use a fork to mash the Bananas and combine everything well.
Add the Flour, Oats, Granulated Sugar, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Nutmeg and Vanilla Extract and mix well. Also, add in the Buttermilk and combine everything well using a rubber spatula until you have a lumpy batter ready. Do not overbeat.
Pour the Blondie Batter in a 9 by 9-inch lined baking tray and Bake the Blondie for 17-20 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Once the Blondies get baked, cool them down to room temperature.
Making the Chocolate Sauce
Melt the Dark Chocolate with some Butter in the oven or in the pan over low heat. Keep stirring constantly to avoid burning the chocolate. Cool the Chocolate frosting and spread over your Blondies.
Put the Blondies in the freezer covered for about 30 minutes to 1 hour and then cut it out and enjoy!
