INGREDIENTS
1+½
Cup
Heavy Cream
whipped
½
Cup
Condensed Milk
½+¼
Cup
Blackcurrant Crush
Handful
Raisins
Cook Mode
Prevent your screen from going dark
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat the Heavy cream for 2-3 minutes or until you see soft peaks are being formed
Add the Condensed milk to it and mix it with a wooden or silicone spatula
Also, add the Blackcurrant crush to it and mix it well.
Throw in a handful of Raisins and mix well.
Transfer this into an Ice Cream tin and freeze for 8-10 hours.
Scoop out your Ice Cream and top with a spring of Mint Leaf and enjoy!
