In a mixing bowl add the veggies and chopped Mangoes
To it add salt, black pepper powder, granulated sugar, white wine vinegar, cumin, and some olive oil. Blend everything together until you have a smooth and creamy Gazpacho ready.
Pour this Gazpacho in a bowl and top with Lime Juice, Chopped Cucumbers, and spring of fresh cilantro.
