In a mixing bowl add melted butter, chopped garlic, basil, chili flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix it well. Keep aside.
Take two bread slices and spread the garlic herb butter mixture that you've just prepared over them.
Top with some shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Place them on each other.
Butter one side of the bread and place butter side down in the grill pan. Quickly butter the other side and flip over. Grill both sides until they have a golden crust.
Get them out on a plate. Cut them in about 1-inch sticks. Sprinkle some dried basil. Enjoy!
