Cherry Tomatoes

Red Onions
long thin slices

fresh off the cobb or frozen/canned
For dressing

Olive Oil

tablespoon
White Vinegar

tablespoon
Black Salt
or as per taste

Lime Juice

Chili Flakes

Fresh Mint Leaves

INSTRUCTIONS
To Make the Dressing
Mix all the ingredients and stir well. Keep it aside.
For Salad
Cut the veggies. Make rounds of English cucumber, and thin long slices of onions. Make large dices of the cherry tomatoes.
Add the veggies in a bowl. Add one cup of corn. Drizzle the dressing over the Salad.
Top it with some chili flakes and fresh mint leaves.

You can ignore corn if you do not like it.
I would suggest that you cut your onions just before making the salad
You can also add some watermelons if you like.
