Peel and Chop the Apples. Throw them in a bowl filled with water. Add some brown sugar and a Cinnamon Stick to it. Mix it well and pop it in the oven at full power for 10 minutes. If you are using a stove then boil it for 2-3 minutes until it gets mushy.
Crumble
In a separate medium-sized bowl, take Oats, Flour, Brown Sugar, Ground Cinnamon, Melted butter, Baking Soda, and Baking Powder. Mix everything well.
In your Baking tray pour the mushy apples and top them with the crumble. Lastly, sprinkle some more Cinnamon for that extra Cinnamon-y taste.
Bake it at 180 C or 350 F for 30 minutes or until the top is slightly golden brown. Cool it before you have.
