In a mixing bowl mix all the dressing ingredients and make the dressing for your Salad
In a separate mixing bowl add all the veggies along with the dressing and mix it well using two spoons. Season with salt and freshly grounded black pepper if desired and serve!

If you do not have fish sauce, mix soy sauce with white wine vinegar and use it in place of Fish Sauce
You can add some celery if you wish to. It tastes great with this salad.
