Oats Chocolate Banana Bread is an eggless, healthy, chewy, and delicious Banana Bread recipe. This is made with Old fashioned rolled Oats, Chocolate Chips, and Ripe Bananas.
Pre-heat the oven to 350 F or 180 C and line a baking tray with parchment paper
Cream the sugar and oil and to it add the Yogurt, White Vinegar, and Vanilla Essence. Mix well.
Add the Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Cornflour, and mix well.
To this mix add 2 ripe bananas and mix well using a fork.
Finally, add the Chocolate Chips and Rolled Oats to it and mix well.
Place the Banana Bread batter in the bread baking pan and place two half of bananas on top. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top and bake it for 40 minutes at 350 F or 220 C. Allow it to sit in the hot oven for an additional 10 minutes before you get the bread out for cooling.

Notes
The two half banans on top are purely for decoration purposes. You can skip it if you wish to.
If you add the two half of bananas, cut the banana into half from the top and place it in a criss-cross pattern on top of the bread batter. Use your fingers to dip it in slightly and make a swirl.
Yogurt + White Vinegar is a replacement for eggs. If you are using eggs use 3 eggs in its place.
I have used old fashioned Oats. You can use any Oats you have at home.
