Mix the grated veggies with Whole Wheat Flour, Salt, Chili Powder, Garlic Cloves, Cornflour, and Panko Breadcrumbs. Use your hands to mix it well.
Make small balls and fry them in oil over medium heat. Take it out and keep in a separate bowl.
In the same Pan add the chopped garlic, peppers, onions, and ginger and fry over medium heat.
In a separate bowl mix tomato ketchup, green chili sauce, dark soy sauce, white vinegar, cornstarch, black pepper, and some water. Mix well and keep aside
Now, add this sauce in the sauteed veggies and mix well. Finally, add the Meatballs and mix well.
Finally, garnish with chopped cilantro and toasted sesame seeds.
