For Tempering

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix Chickpea flour and Semolina with all the ingredients and make a thick batter of the Dhokla
Add the baking soda with some warm water and mix with a spoon until you see air bubbles.
Put it in a greased tray and bake for 5 minutes at high power.
Get it out and check if it's cooked by inserting a toothpick in the center.
In a separate bowl add all the tempering ingredients and put it in the oven for 2 minutes. Carefully get it out and drizzle over the Dhoklas.
Decorate with desiccated coconuts and chopped cilantro, cut into cubes and serve.
