Angel Hair Pasta

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

red bell pepper
diced
1
green bell pepper
diced
1
yellow bell pepper
diced
½
red onion
thinly sliced

tablespoon
Fajita Seasoning
1
tablespoon
Lime Juice
Freshly chopped Cilantro
for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large stock pot, heat up just enough water to cook the Pasta. Cook Pasta as per package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon Olive Oil in the same pot. Add the Shrimps and cook for 2 min (both sides). Remove when they turn pink and curl up.
Add remaining olive oil to the pot. Add the diced bell peppers, onion and garlic. Saute until they soften for 2-3 min.
Add the cooked pasta and shrimps. Add the fajita seasoning. Toss to combine.
Garnish with lime juice & freshly chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
