In a microwave safe bowl heat up sunflower seed butter (or any other butter that you are using) along with agave syrup ( or any other sweetener which you are using) until warm. Whisk well until combined.
Combine this with coconut flour in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Add in Pumpkin puree and Pumpkin pie spice. Mix well until you get a firm and thick batter.
If the batter is too thick then add some more coconut flour.
Use your hands or a cookie scooper to form small balls. The size doesn't matter.
Place them on a lined sheet. Refrigerate until firm.
