Ingredients to make the salad

head
broccoli (fresh)
cut into florets
1
cup
cherry tomatoes (or roma tomatoes)
halved
1
can (15 oz)
sweet corn
or cooked corn from 1 large ear
1
large
carrot
grated
½
cup
dried cranberries
Make Dressing

Tablespoon
Ranch Dressing

mayonnaise

tablespoon
pressed garlic

INSTRUCTIONS
Cut broccoli into florets. Place them in a oven-safe mixing bowl. Microwave with some water on HIGH for 2-3 minutes. Drain the water and keep aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine steamed broccoli with all other ingredients for the salad.
Make the dressing. Combine ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and pressed or minced garlic cloves.
Pour the dressing on the salad. Give it a good mix. Refrigerate. Serve cold.
