Easy Taco Salad with Ground Beef gets ready in just 10 min. Its so healthy, low carb and bursting with flavors. Everyone loves this healthy and wholesome dinner recipe.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add Avocado Oil to it. As the oil shimmers, add the Ground Beef and cook for 3-4 min or until it browns. Season with Taco seasoning. Cook until it gets fragrant for 2 min. Set aside.
Add all the other ingredients in a bowl. Add the meat mixture followed by Red Onions, Tomatoes, Black Olives, Cheddar Cheese. Top with a dollop of sour cream.
Garnish with a generous squirt of lemon juice and chopped cilantro on top. Serve.

Use lean Ground Beef
Can replace with Shredded Chicken or leftover shredded Turkey
Make it spicier by adding Jalapenos
You can add a tablespoon of your favourite spicy Salsa to Sour Cream and top over the Taco Salad
You can mix in Nacho Chips or Doritoz to this Salad
If you don't have Taco Seasoning or in a pinch you can replace with Ground Cumin, Smoked Paprika and Garlic & Onion Powder.
