2Cups Veggies ( Cabbage, Bell Pepper, Bok Choy, Sweet Corns, Green Beans, and Carrots)

INSTRUCTIONS
First, make the Lo Mein sauce by mixing all the mentioned sauce ingredients together.
Cook the noodles in boiling water. Drain the hot water and take it out in a colander.
Fry the veggies until crispy from outside. Do not overcook it. They should be a little raw and crunchy.
Add the noodles on the veggies.
Top it with the Lo Mein sauce and stir well.

This recipe is inspired from 15-minute Lo Mein recipe by Pinch of Yum. I just loved her recipe and mixed it with some of my own methods to my version of Lo Mein Noodles. :)
