The Best Homemade Guacamole Recipe made with ripe Avocados, Cilantro, Lime Juice, Red Onions and Tomatoes is the best dip ever. Guacamole Dip is a classic mexican dip best served with Nachos.
2medium sizedSerrano Peppersor 1 medium sized jalapeno (finely chopped)
¼teaspoonKosher Salt
½teaspoonCracked Black Pepper
2tablespoonCilantrofinely chopped
½medium sizedRoma Tomatofinely chopped
1medium sizedRed onionfinely chopped
2clovesGarlicpressed
1tablespoonFresh Lime Juice
½tsp Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the Avocado in half. Remove the pit using the sharp edge of knife. Scoop out the flesh of the Avocado using a spoon. Keep in a large mixing bowl. Mash the Avocado using a fork. Don't overdo it if you want it a little chunky.
Add all other ingredients in the mixing bowl - Salt, Cracked Pepper, Olive Oil, Red Onion, freshly chopped Cilantro& Lime Juice. Mix using a fork. Taste and use Serrano Peppers. First use one. Mix it with the Guacamole. If its not spicy enough, then add the next one.
Serve immediately. If storing, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until you serve. Garnish with chopped Tomatoes, finely chopped Red Onions, Lime Wedges, jigama strips, red radishes, and a sprig of Cilantro leaf.
