First, crisp the Tofu cubes in the pan. Marinate the Tofus with some cornstarch, and fry them over medium heat until both sides turn golden brown for 3-4 min. Set aside.
Combine all the ingredients to make Teriyaki sauce in a mixing jar, Set aside.
In the same pan, add some more sesame oil and throw in the garlic. Allow the oil to get flavored with garlic for about a minute.
After a minute, put the flame on high and fry the garlic, ginger, onions and bell peppers over high heat.
Add the Teriyaki sauce and stir it well.
Finally, add the crisped Tofus and mix well. Add Salt, Black Pepper Powder and Brown sugar. Toss to combine
Top with toasted sesame seeds. Serve
