½cupmozzarella cheeseshredded

INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter and heat olive oil in a large 12-inch non-stick skillet or saute pan over medium high heat. Crumble sausages in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes or until browned and completely cooked through.
Reduce burner temperature to medium heat and add finely minced cloves of garlic. Sauté for 30-45 seconds until garlic is fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add in gnocchi, toss to combine, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add in italian seasoning. Toss lightly.
Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the gnocchi is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Add in spinach and stir until the spinach leaves are wilted.
Add in freshly grated parmesan and freshly shredded mozzarella. Serve warm with more parmesan.
