Creamy Tomato Basil Fusilli Pasta is a one-pot Pasta recipe with fresh tomatoes and basils. It's filled with summer flavors and tastes tangy, sweet and spicy.
First, put the Fusilli to boil with some oil and salt. After it boils out, take it out in a colander and wash with some cold water.
Next heat Olive oil in a skillet and add chopped Tomatoes. Cook them in low flame until mushy. Add water and Salt only when they get soft and starts to reduce.
Add crushed Garlic, Fresh basil and Parmesan Cheese to the sauce and stir well.
Season it with salt as per taste and some black pepper powder, dried basil leaves and Red chilli flakes.
Add the cooked Pasta to the Tomato Basil Sauce and mix well until combined. Add some more basil and Chilli flakes to top it and serve hot in a Pasta bowl.
