teaspoons
dried oregano
Kosher salt

as per taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat Air Fryer to 200 degree C or 400 degree F.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine Fat-Free Ground Turkey, Bell Pepper, Lightly Beaten Egg, freshly chopped parsley or cilantro, ground cumin, dried oregano, Salt, and Pepper.
Shape them into 1/2 inch meatballs. They need not be perfect.
Spray non-stick cooking spray and then place them in your air fryer basket.
Cook for 10-12 minutes (shaking midway say at 7 or 8 minute mark) or until lightly brown and thoroughly cooked on the inside.
Serve with Sauce or Noodles or zoodles or cauliflower rice or fried rice.
