This Sticky Thai peanut Sauce recipe is better than store-bought. Serve it with chicken satay or Thai Noodles or use it as a dipping sauce with some spring rolls or serve it as a salad dressing.
In a medium sized mixing bowl combine all ingredients except warm water. Stir well until it becomes smooth and creamy.
Pour warm water 1 tablespoon at a time and mix until it reaches a desirable consistency. If you are using it as a dipping sauce then you need more water (upto 3 tablespoons), and if you are using it as a pouring sauce then you need just 2 tablespoons of warm water.
If you need more saltiness then add some more dark soy sauce or tamari. for heat you can add some crushed red pepper flakes. For sweetness you can add some maple syrup or brown sugar or honey. Use it in your favorite recipe or store it in a jar.
