Halloween Pretzel Treats coated in white chocolate and decorated with spooky candy eyes makes for an excellent bite-sized treats that you'll love to make.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt white chocolate or white candy melts with coconut oil or melted butter in a glass bowl. Microwave for 10-20 second bursts until melted, stirring between each increment. It should be smooth and creamy. If you find it too thick, then you can thin it with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil at a time.
Dip pretzels in melted white chocolate, one at a time. Use a fork to turn them over and shake off any excess. Shake out white chocolate from the bottom hole so that it looks like an open mouth. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Immediately press candy eyeballs in the top two holes.
Repeat this with the remaining pretzels. Remember that you have to work quickly because white chocolate hardens at room temperature. If your white chocolate has become hard microwave once again until smooth (if needed)
Allow pretzel bites to harden. Freeze for 10-minutes so that they freeze quickly. Take them off the baking sheet and enjoy.
