Healthy Double Chocolate Walnut Oatmeal Cookies are the easiest oatmeal cookies you will ever make. Indulge in these soft, chewy and gooey Cookies guilt-free. These are flourless, Eggless and Sugar-free Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies.
1CupVegetable OilCan use Coconut Oil for a healthier option
2teaspoonGreek YogurtCan replace with Sour cream
1 teaspoonWhite Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS
First, mix the Cocoa Powder with Chocolate Chips and heavy cream. Also, throw in the chopped walnuts and whisk it well until all gets well combined.
To this sieve Oats flour along with baking soda
Add in the Vinegar, Yogurt, and Oil. Whisk everything well with a handheld mixer until you get lumpy cookie dough.
Place cookie dough balls in a lined baking tray and bake at 350 F for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, use a spoon to press the top and continue baking for a further 2 minutes. Allow the cookies to stay in the hot oven for 5 more minutes before you get them out on the cooling rack.
Notes
Adding heavy cream to mix in the cocoa powder and chocolate chips is totally optional. You can always skip it and trust me it won't make any difference to your cookies.
Yogurt or Sour Cream along with vinegar is used as a fermenting agent since we are not using eggs. Technically, if you are using Eggs, then you can skip the vinegar & yogurt. However, even of you skip the vinegar, a spoon of yogurt just makes these cookies taste so much better. So, I would suggest you still use it.
