Crockpot Buffalo Ranch Chicken is the definition of comfort food. Shredded Chicken tossed in a creamy Buffalo Ranch Sauce. The Chicken is slow cooked in the sauce which makes them extra juicy and flavorful. Top with some crumbled Blue Cheese and serve it with sliders or inside lettuce cups or sandwiches or fill inside Tacos and it's going to be gone in minutes. Plus this is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Combine all the sauce ingredients in a mixing jar. Whisk until combined and lump free. Keep this hot sauce mixture aside.
Add the Chicken pieces in the crockpot. Pour the whisked buffalo ranch sauce over them. Toss to coat the Chicken with the sauce. Cover with the lid. Slow Cook on Low for 8 hours or on High for 4 hours.
After the chicken gets cooked, remove them from the crockpot and shred using two forks. Toss to combine the shredded chicken with the sauce. Garnish with freshly chopped Parsley and serve.

Notes
You can use shredded Rotisserie Chicken for easier cooking. I prefer to cook this chicken on low however if you're on a rush you can cook on high for 4 hours. I have not included salt in this recipe because the Ranch Seasoning has salt in it. If you want, you can add extra salt as per your taste. If you do not have Ranch Seasoning, make your homemade Ranch Seasoning or use 1/4 cup of Ranch Dressing if you have that. You can use my recipe of homemade Hot Sauce if you do not have any at home.
