Pour water into the instant pot. Place the Trivet in it. Place the Corn on the Cob over it. Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. After it gets cooked, allow the pressure to release naturally.
Now, brush softened butter over the Corn on the Cob and sprinkle Cheddar Cheese over the Corn on the Cob. Cover with the lid and allow the cheese to melt.
After the cheese has melted over the Corn, garnish with salt and pepper as per taste, creamy Ranch dressing, chopped Cilantro, Lime Juice, and Red Pepper Flakes
